This is a replacement part for your Presto Professional Salad Shooter, if you have lost or broke your retaining collar. IMPORTANT: Be sure you are ordering the proper part. This part fits only units with model numbers beginning with 02960 and 02970. If you can not figure out your model number, the conection from the cone to the Salad Shooter should be a hexagon shape (if it is square check our parts for the original salad shooter)
