This is a 7 quart bowl with the kneading arm on the bottom of the bowl. There is no post up the center. The Universal Bosch stainless bowl has its own kneading arm, not interchangeable with the plastic bowl. Includes bowl, kneading arm, splatter ring and center lid.

This bowl is made specifically for making doughs of all sorts. many bread makers love this bowl because of its larger capacity and ease of cleaning.
