Description

This 12 cup capacity slicer/shredder is the most popular accessory for the Bosch Universal Mixer. This comes standard with reversable Slicing and shreding discs as well as a french fry disc with is also wonderful for chunky vegetables in soups, stir-frys and many other dishes. Optional discs include: Rasping disc, Juliene disc, and Extra Fine shredding disc (great for snow cones, zesting chocolate, hard cheeses such as parmasean and much more.)

The Bosch Slicer/Shredder attaches where the mixing bowl sits. Many people ask why it does not have a chopping blade. The reason is because it turns too slowly to be effective at chopping but the slower speed achieves a more ideal slice or shred.
