The Kitchen Aid Grain Mill is now available with several options. You can buy the original (direct connect) that connects directly to the Kitchen Aid. You can also purchase the Original Family Living Grain Mill attachment w/ a Kitchen Aid Adapter (this would allow you to purchase other family Living products such as a Hand Base, Grain flaker, meat grinder, Pasta Attachment etc.) or you can purchase the Grain Mill with Adapter and Hand Base. This will allow you to use by hand in case of power failure or on your Kitchen Aid mixer with the ability to add other Family Living Accessories at a Later time.
