The concentrated fruit juice drips into the center pan where it can be extracted through a heat-resistant tube. This multi-functional, high-polished, stainless steel six-piece set is ideal for steam juicing and steaming vegetables. The large seven-quart pan also works well as a roasting pan or stockpot.
